AppVerix Net Terms Desk: Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you (the Shopify merchant who installs the app) and AppVerix (“we”). By installing AppVerix Net Terms Desk you agree to them.
1. What the app does
The app reads your orders that have payment terms and shows them as a receivables ledger with aging by company. It lets you set credit limits, prepares reminder text and statements for you to send yourself, and on the Pro plan adds a Shopify checkout rule that blocks checkout for companies you choose or that break your rules. It does not collect payments, send messages to your buyers, give credit, or replace your accounting.
2. Price and billing
- Two plans: Starter at $29 USD and Pro at $59 USD every 30 days, each with a 7-day free trial. The price is not based on revenue or orders.
- Shopify bills you on your Shopify invoice. We never see your card.
- To cancel, use Settings in the app or uninstall it. Shopify stops the charge. We don’t refund partial periods unless Shopify’s rules or the law require it.
- If we change the price we tell you at least 30 days before, and you approve the new charge in Shopify.
3. Your responsibilities
- The numbers come from your Shopify orders. You are responsible for the payment terms you grant, for recording payments in Shopify and for checking the ledger against your own records.
- Credit limits and the checkout hold are tools you configure. You decide which buyers to block, and you are responsible for the commercial consequences and for agreements with your buyers.
- Reminders and statements are drafts. Check them before you send them.
- Don’t use the app for anything illegal.
4. Data
How we handle data is in our Privacy Policy. We do not store personal data of your customers.
5. Availability and changes
We try to keep the app running but don’t promise it will never be down. The checkout rule is set up not to block orders if it cannot run, so your checkout keeps working. We may change or improve features, and tell you in advance if we remove something you pay for.
6. Liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, unpaid invoices or blocked or lost sales, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
7. Ending
You can stop at any time by uninstalling. We may suspend or end your use if you break these terms, with notice where reasonable. After you uninstall your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction, unless consumer or other mandatory law in your country says otherwise.
9. Data Processing Addendum
By installing the app you also agree to the AppVerix Data Processing Addendum. It explains how we process personal data for you as your processor, which subprocessors we use, our security measures, deletion and how we notify you of a breach. Our security and incident response policy is public.
