Shopify app for B2B

Net terms without the spreadsheet
who owes what, and who to chase first

Your orders with payment terms become a live ledger: what is open, what is overdue and for how long, by company. Set a credit limit, copy a reminder that lists every open invoice, and on Pro close checkout for buyers who are overdue or over their limit. A flat monthly price, no fee per order.

Three steps

Sell on net terms in Shopify as you do today. The app reads those orders and keeps the books in view.

1

Orders become invoices

Every order with payment terms (net 15, net 30, fixed date) is read from Shopify with its due date, PO number, company and amount still owing. New and changed orders arrive within seconds.

2

See aging and who to chase

Outstanding, overdue and due soon at a glance, aging in 30-day steps, and a list that puts the biggest and oldest debts first. Mark an order as paid in Shopify and the app follows.

3

Set limits and send reminders

Give a company a credit limit, copy a ready message for all its open invoices in six languages, or print a statement. On Pro, checkout closes for companies that are overdue or over their limit.

Good to know

  • Payments are recorded in Shopify. The app does not take or record payments. Mark the order as paid in Shopify (or collect the payment there) and the ledger updates by itself.
  • Only the last 60 days of orders are visible at install. Shopify does not give apps older orders without special approval, so older open invoices will not appear until they change. Orders you create from then on are all kept.
  • Reminders are text you copy. The app never emails your buyers and never reads their email addresses. You paste the message into your own email.
  • The checkout hold covers online B2B checkout. It applies to buyers logged in as a company. Draft orders you create yourself in Shopify are not blocked, and if the rule cannot run, checkout stays open.
  • Companies and payment terms are Shopify B2B features. They have to be available on your Shopify plan. The app adds the books and the credit control on top.

Questions

What does the app read from my store?

Orders that have payment terms: the order name, PO number, amounts, terms and due dates, and the company and location names. It does not read customer names, emails, phone numbers or addresses, and it does not store order payloads from webhooks.

Does it email my buyers?

No. It writes the reminder text and you copy it into your own email or messaging. The app never reads a contact’s email address. The Pro weekly summary goes only to your own store contact email.

How does an order become paid?

You record the payment in Shopify, by marking the order as paid or capturing the payment. The app sees the change and moves the invoice out of the open list.

Can the checkout hold block someone by mistake?

You choose the rules: days overdue and credit limit, and you can set any company to always allow. Buyers see a plain message in their language. If the rule cannot run, checkout is not blocked. Draft orders are not affected.

Why do I only see the last 60 days?

Shopify gives apps the last 60 days of orders unless the merchant grants wider access. From install on, every order with terms is kept.

Does the price go up as the store grows?

No. It is $29 or $59 a month, however many orders or companies you have within the plan.

What happens when I cancel?

The checkout hold is switched off straight away, so no buyer is blocked. Your ledger and settings stay saved until the store is erased after an uninstall.
